All press, collaboration, and booking inquiries are reviewed individually. Please allow up to five business days for a response. For time-sensitive opportunities, kindly include your proposed dates and response deadline.

Contact & Inquiry Privacy Notice

When you send an inquiry through the AFAYR contact form, we use the information you provide to review your message and respond where appropriate.

What we collect. The form asks for your name, email address, inquiry type and message. You can also provide an organization or publication and, for booking requests, an event date and location. Please do not include payment-card information, passwords, government ID numbers or other unnecessary sensitive details.

How your message is handled. Your inquiry is stored in the website’s restricted administrative system, and a notification containing your message is sent to the website administrator’s email address. Authorized administrators can review the inquiry and follow up using the contact details you supply. We do not enroll you in a promotional mailing list merely because you contacted us.

Security and spam prevention. The form uses technical controls to help reject automated or abusive submissions. A limited keyed anti-abuse token may be retained temporarily; it is not intended to store your full connection address for that purpose. Hosting and email providers may process technical data needed to transmit, protect or deliver your inquiry.

Retention and your choices. We keep inquiries for as long as needed to respond, manage related work, maintain records or comply with law, subject to the retention practices described in our Privacy Policy. You can contact us to request access, correction or deletion, subject to applicable exceptions.

Submitting the form does not guarantee a response or acceptance of a booking, press request or collaboration proposal.
